1. Vehicle Selection:
Visit our website to browse our available vehicles and start the reservation process online, or contact us for more details. Every vehicle in our inventory undergoes a detailed inspection by our experienced technicians to ensure it is free from leaks, damage, and electronic issues. We pride ourselves on offering only high-quality, reliable vehicles, so you can purchase with confidence.
2. E-Sign Documents:
Once you are registered in our system, the car will be reserved in your name. Our financial department will then quickly prepare the Sales Agreement and send it to you. This document outlines all the sale terms, including payment options, delivery process, warranties, and other important details. Please note, this is only a reservation and does not constitute an obligation to purchase.
3. Payment:
For our valued returning customers who have previously purchased from us, we accept payments in cash, wire transfer or cashier’s check as a convenient and secure method.
For new customers making their first purchase, we require full payment to be completed via wire transfer or online bank transfer before the vehicle is shipped or delivered. This policy was put in place because, in past deliveries, some customers were not present at the time of delivery. Requiring full payment upfront from new customers helps protect our interests and ensures that both parties are committed to completing the transaction.
We collaborate with trusted partner banks like Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and Capital One to ensure all payments are secure and transparent.
3. 14-Day Return Policy:
Once the payment is processed, the shipping team will prepare the vehicle for shipment and provide tracking information once it is dispatched. The 14-day return period starts when the buyer receives and signs for the vehicle. If the buyer is not satisfied during this time, they can return the vehicle at no extra cost. After inspecting the returned vehicle, the refund will be issued within 24 hours to the buyer’s original payment method for a smooth process.
4. VEHICLE INSPECTION:
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we recommend a detailed inspection of the item upon delivery. Please take your time to thoroughly examine the vehicle, confirming it meets your expectations and is free from any mechanical or electronic issues or leaks. Your careful review is important to us.
5. Finalize the Purchase:
If the buyer is satisfied with the item and wishes to finalize the purchase, they should promptly notify our team of their intention to proceed. The next step involves signing the official certificate of title, which serves as the legal document transferring ownership of the vehicle from our company to the buyer. Upon signing, the buyer will officially become the new owner of the item.
After the certificate of title and the bill of sale has been signed, we kindly ask the buyer to provide us with a copy of the signed document for our records.
6. Are you prepared to proceed?
