1. Item Selection:

At our company, quality is our top priority. All vehicles listed in our inventory undergo meticulous inspection by our experienced team of technicians. During this thorough evaluation, each vehicle is carefully examined to ensure it is free from leaks, physical damage, and electronic malfunctions. We take pride in offering only vehicle that meets our high standards for performance and reliability, so you can make your purchase with confidence.

2. Payment:

For our valued returning customers who have previously purchased from us, we accept payments in cash, wire transfer or cashier’s check as a convenient and secure method.

For new customers making their first purchase, we require full payment to be completed via wire transfer or online bank transfer before the vehicle is shipped or delivered. This policy helps us ensure a secure and smooth transaction process for both parties.

We work directly with our partner banks—Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Capital One Bank—to guarantee the security and transparency of all payments. Using wire transfer for initial transactions provides a reliable record of payment and helps prevent potential issues such as non-payment or delivery to customers who may not be fully committed to completing the purchase.

This approach has been implemented because, in past deliveries, we encountered situations where customers were not present at the time of delivery. Requiring full payment upfront from new customers helps us safeguard our interests and ensures that both parties are committed to the transaction.

3. 14-Day Return Policy:

Once the buyer’s payment has been successfully processed, our dedicated shipping department will promptly begin preparing the order for shipment. Tracking information will be provided once the vehicle is dispatched, allowing the buyer to monitor its progress until delivery.

The 14-day return policy begins on the day the buyer receives the vehicle and signs the receipt confirming its receipt. If, during the inspection period, the buyer is not completely satisfied with the vehicle, they have the option to return it at no additional cost.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 24 hours. The full amount will be credited back to the buyer’s original payment method, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free return process.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be paid only after the buyer has inspected, confirmed, and accepted the purchased vehicle. If the buyer rejects the vehicle, the buyer is not responsible for paying the shipping fees.

5. VEHICLE INSPECTION:

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we recommend a detailed inspection of the item upon delivery. Please take your time to thoroughly examine the vehicle, confirming it meets your expectations and is free from any mechanical or electronic issues or leaks. Your careful review is important to us.

6. Finalize the Purchase:

If the buyer is satisfied with the item and wishes to finalize the purchase, they should promptly notify our team of their intention to proceed. The next step involves signing the official certificate of title, which serves as the legal document transferring ownership of the vehicle from our company to the buyer. Upon signing, the buyer will officially become the new owner of the item.

After the certificate of title and the bill of sale has been signed, we kindly ask the buyer to provide us with a copy of the signed document for our records.

7. Are you prepared to proceed?

We kindly ask that you complete the form provided below. Once we receive your completed form, our financial department will promptly prepare and forward the Purchase Agreement to you. This agreement will outline all relevant terms and conditions of the transaction, including payment details, delivery procedures, warranty information, and any other pertinent contractual provisions.

We recommend reviewing the Purchase Agreement carefully to ensure full understanding and agreement with all terms before signing.
