After receiving the vehicle, buyers are given a 14-day period to assess if the product suits their needs and expectations. It is important that during this period, the vehicle is not used for more than 1,000 miles as excessive use may impact the eligibility for a refund.
3. Return Conditions
- The 14-day return policy commences upon the customer ‘s receipt of the vehicle and concludes 14 days thereafter. The vehicle must be returned to our dealership within this specified timeframe.
The 14-day return policy for eligible units is subject to a maximum usage limit of 1,000 Miles.
4. Return Procedure
Should you choose to return the vehicle within the 14-day timeframe and under the aforementioned conditions, please reach out to our customer service at sales@autostrassecarsales.com or call +1 (631) 802-2822. We will arrange and handle the costs for the vehicle pickup from your location.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the vehicle, we will initiate the refund. If all return conditions are adhered to, a full refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 24 hours after inspection.
6. Exclusions
Please note, our refund policy does not apply to damages resulting from improper use or from exceeding the 1,500 miles limit during the inspection period.
